Precision UV Coatings
At our shop, we don’t just spray and hope. Every part undergoes a meticulous multi-step process to ensure maximum adhesion and a flawless, durable finish.
Depending on the part, we may need to sand it, take it apart, and do multiple cleanings. We usually run several off-gassing cycles and torch passes to activate the surface and get rid of contaminants. Sometimes we’ll also apply a high-performance adhesion promoter, then do more off-gassing and torching to make sure everything bonds properly.
The result: tough, professional-grade UV coated parts you can count on.
Strategic Heat Dissipation Design on RC Servos
We intentionally leave select surfaces uncoated on three sides of the assembly. This deliberate design choice allows proper heat dissipation while still delivering full UV protection and durability where it matters most. The result is a reliable, long-lasting part that stays cool under load without compromising finish quality.
